Developer pages show delivery record and figures only where there is a public source. What can’t be sourced is shown as unknown.

Verified by the developers you sell for
Signing in takes a broker key, which Mizan issues to your brokerage. Sign in, ask the developers you sell for, and each one that agrees adds its seal with one of three tags. The developer can withdraw it at any time.

Connect a Google Sheet shared by link: it stays in sync while the workspace is open, and each buyer is ranked again as your team edits it.

Send updates to your CRM
Each change to a buyer (contacted, a viewing, a deposit, their stage) goes to your CRM through Zapier, Make or n8n.
Your list stays yours
A list you import, or a sheet you connect, is read in your browser. It isn’t uploaded to or stored on Mizan’s server, and Mizan never contacts your buyers.
What Mizan doesn’t do
Mizan doesn’t sell buyer lists. A buyer who comes to Mizan is introduced to one developer at a time, and only after they agree.
