Questions buyers ask
Who is the developer of Eastown?
Eastown is a project by SODIC. Listed on the Egyptian Exchange (EGX: OCDI).
Where is Eastown?
Eastown is in New Cairo. Its pin on Mizan’s map comes from OpenStreetMap.
Can I see Eastown without visiting?
Not yet. Mizan shows a tour only when the developer or a seller supplies it, or Mizan films it, and only after review.
Are there units for sale in Eastown on Mizan?
Not yet. Mizan lists a unit only when it has a checkable source. Tell Mizan what you’re looking for and it will match you when one fits.
What should I check before paying a deposit?
Ask SODIC for the handover date in writing, and read the developer’s sourced facts on this page. Mizan shows no delivery scores, ratings or reviews, because it has no verified data for them yet.
Is Mizan free?
Yes, for buyers. Nothing you tell Mizan is shared with a seller until you approve it.
Free. No name or phone number needed to see what fits.
